Native Vendors

Guide to understand Native Vendor operations, from shipping calculations to order workflows and payment integrations

A vendor who creates his/her store and products manually on Tribees marketplace without syncing his/her existed store from another ecommerce platform using the Fuse process is considered as a Native Vendor.
When setting up your Marketplace, you need to determine how shipping will be handled and charged to the customer, whether the customer will be charged for each Vendor they are ordering from or if they will be just charged once per order.
For marketplaces that use manual withdrawal, Vendors must follow the steps below to make a withdrawal from their marketplace earnings
Customers (registered or guests) can request an RMA from the Marketplace. Vendors are generally in charge of the approval of these RMAs, however the Marketplace Owner is responsible for paying the customers back generally. This is only the case IF the customer has already paid for the order.
An order will undergo multiple status changes depending on where in the order process it is in, and if credit memos are required.
Vendors or the marketplace owner can view a Vendor's Earnings by navigating to Marketplace Management > Business and Location > Vendor Profile, and then click on the earning amount of the vendor in the grid view.
Both Magento 2 custom options for simple products and Magento 2 configurable products offer admin solutions to create product variations. However, each has its approaches. While Magento configurable products create an associated product based on the attribute (for example, color, size, etc.), a simple product with custom options creates variations by adding customizable options to a product.
A simple product is a physical item with a single SKU. Simple products have a variety of pricing and of input controls which makes it possible to sell variations of the product. Simple products can be used in association with grouped, bundle, and configurable products.
A configurable product is a physical item with different options and variations, such as size and colour. Each variation represents a unique SKU inside the system, allowing inventory track..
Tribees is integrated with Stripe via the “Separate Charges and Transfers” architecture which allows significant control over receipt and disbursement of funds to the vendors on your marketplace.
A interconnected ecosystem that brings together Vendors, Ambassadors, and the Marketplace, all underpinned by a shared commitment to the Environment, Youth and Culture.
Vendors, let your green products be discovered on the Tribees Marketplace and help us clean up the planet by filling the sign up form within just a few minutes.
When the vendor is approved by the Marketplace owner, the Vendor will receive an email notification with the link of the Tribees Marketplace. The first step after receiving this access is to setup the Vendor account. This is the step to allow Vendor to start the processes and to receive the payments.
After completing the profile, the Vendor will then define the store details. All the information that customers will see when viewing the store page will be defined in this step.
Tribees has the configuration already set to automatically create sources, then one source for the vendor will be created on approval. As a vendor, you will still need to populate the contact information and address, however you will be able to skip selecting "Add New Source" unless you wish to add more.
Our Vendor Agreement can be found here: https://shop.tribees.com/vendor-agreement
Vendors are able to submit an endorsement request to an Ambassador as a Vendor.
Vendors can review the endorsement requests from ambassadors in admin panel.
Please, mind that only logged in users can submit questions
